The mind is the most powerful tool we have in our arsenal. The brain, of course, is the center of our consciousness in the sense that it directs and controls every thought we have and every action we take. It’s a truly remarkable thing with its ability to imagine and create, but with the power of positivity comes the power of negativity. Anyone can attest to the fact that we are often our own saboteurs, our own worst critics. For whatever reason, it’s easier to fall victim to damaging mindsets than those conducive to growth and expansion. It’s simply a part of human nature.
