It only takes one person to impact others to be the positive change this world needs…
Which brings me to this business I came across that makes organic toffee. All of their products are made fresh, from all organic ingredients, leaving out the harsh chemicals and food dyes many of the most popular candies include. This business known as, Charley’s Organic Toffee, creates their delicious organic toffee for many reasons, but their main inspiration is actually Charley.
Charley is a young girl who suffers from severe psoriasis and arthritis that affects her each and every day. This company aids as support to Charley, showing her the positivity and kindness that the world can possess. They are making a positive impact in someone else’s life and also in many others by supplying organically made delicious toffee!
It is so easy to get wrapped up in our own world sometimes. Everyone is guilty of it, but reading stories such as these really brings you back into reality.
Now that your inspired, Be that positive impact in someone else’s life!

The world has changed in many different ways over the years, both for the positive and negative. One change that stands out to me in a negative way is the lack of communication skills with the younger generation. Although I am a fan of texting due to its convenience, I most certainly still continue to express myself through personal interaction. For kids in our new generation, that is not the case.
Did you know that about 2.5 billion text messages are sent out each day, and that’s only for the US! I am concerned with how the social
skills of our younger generation will be affected by not only communicating through texting but also the online world. Kids are not learning how to talk with people directly as texting and messaging allows you to avoid face-to-face interaction. Almost every time I go out somewhere a teenager might be working, the manners and social capabilities are absent. It makes me wonder if the parents are not paying attention to their children’s social behaviors.
I remember when I was young, my mother would always teach me how to be polite, interact and show courtesy, which falls under the umbrella of social skills. I still to this day have those same manners stuck in my head and have been using them for years. It is so important to drill this into your children at an early age, and now with texting, and social networking making its way to younger children each and every year its becoming imperative. The future for this generation will be completely different in the way we interact and communicate. It makes me sad to see the affects something as simple as texting has taken on vitally important skills.

Have you ever been in a conversation with someone and you really feel that they are not listening? We all know the tell tale signs that effective communication is not happening when the listener:
- Uses those abrupt one-word answers such as no, yes, and maybe.
- Avoids direct eye contact during an in person meeting.
- Fumbles with papers or types on their keyboard while you are talking on the phone.
- Constantly interrupts you.
- Finishes your sentences.
- Changes the subject without even realizing it.

Burning Desire
How bad do you want it! My wife and I made a choice to become co founders of bHIP Global. In this decision it was imperative to us that the company was successful. Each day from the time we get up until when we go to bed the primary activities on our minds relate to bHIP Global. Not an hour goes by when our minds are not focused on an aspect of our business and we frequently dream about bHIP Global. Vision I am amazed that many individuals think about what they would like out of life however they never develop a template for their success. This Vision needs to be the driving force behind your actions.
