Kosta has a passion for creating, managing and growing companies from the ground up.

Prior to founding Vionic, Kosta created several companies in the software technology and direct sales sectors. Most recently, Kosta co-founded a direct sales company in the energy drink market that today operates in over 30 countries, with sales in excess of $74 million.

Having authored several articles and books, Kosta is recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in the Sales Industry, and he is a frequent presenter at conferences worldwide. Kosta studied computer engineering at Carleton University.

His career has progressed as a Regional Sales Director and General Manager with two Fortune 500 companies to managing hundreds of employees with 60 million in sales.
